Pete and Ellie’s wedding, which was the perfect balance between classic and contemporary, took place on a gorgeous August day in 2021…

Following traditional Catholic ceremony in the chapel at nearby Farleigh School, the newly married couple arrived at Kingsettle Stud for an afternoon and evening of celebrations with family and friends in a vintage 1930s MG SA. Guests were greeted with champagne and canapés served in the Courtyard, and speeches were made before the wedding breakfast... including a speech from the bride who looked incredible in a modern Vagabond Bridal dress.

The Carriage Room looked stunning, with a flower cloud for wow-factor and the tables adorned with bud vases of seasonal flowers and coordinating candles in brass stands, created by Sophie of With Wild Abandon.
Dreamy caterers Juniper & Co. not only cooked an amazing menu and ran the bar, they also dressed the tables beautifully. Polly and Emily cooked and presented food that was a true delight, with beautiful ingredients and flavours. Pete and Emily supplied their own wine from Majestic (as a venue we don’t charge corkage).
Pete and Emily entertained 125 guests, which is slightly over the capacity of our Carriage Room, so the space was extended with a small gazebo. This offers a flexible way to offer additional room, and can be put up or down at short notice too. The tables and chairs were hired from Wessex Cater Hire.

Guests partied the night away and had a great time in a fancy dress photobooth! By hiring all the huts and setting up a glamping village for guests in the pretty meadow behind the venue, the wedding was a fun and memorable weekend.

MoveGenius really impressed us when we hired them as packers and movers in Montreal. They carefully prepared everything for transport and made sure fragile items were well protected. The movers were experienced and efficient, which helped keep the entire process stress-free. A great choice for local moves.

Families in Pakistan with children studying or working in America appreciate accurate prayer information. Dhuhr Time provides updated timings every day, so they can stay consistent with worship. It really helps people abroad keep faith connected to their daily routines and commitments.
